Saturday Runs - Start at 7:00 a.m.
Monthly Goal:  Moab Half Marathon, continue to increase mileage for Ogden.  We will begin to add group activities during our runs including tempo miles, Indian files, etc.  It’s time to get to know each other again!
Please plan to arrive 10 min. prior to run so we can get started on time.  Use the icon to access LocoMaps or MapMyRun for detailed course maps.

Sat., Mar 06 – Capital/Avenues Run – 12-13 miles  Meet at the east Capital parking lot for the traditional “Goin” Postal Run”.  We’ll run our favorite out and back to the post office in Research Park.  Plan to gather at the fire station on the way back for a group tempo mile.  Bagels afterward at Einstein’s on 481 East South Temple

Sat., Mar 13 – Holladay extended - 17 miles  Meet at Einstein’s 4764 South Highland Drive.  We will add on a half mile out and back south on Highland Drive before picking up the original course route.  Your first sag will not be until mile 3, so please plan accordingly.  We will gather together at 4500 South to do some Indian files down 2700 East as we head towards 2700 South.  Bagels afterward at Einstein’s.

Sat., Mar 20 NO club run – Moab Canyonlands Half Marathon  For anyone not joining us in Moab, please meet at Winchester Park along the Jordan River Parkway.  No sag provided, please plan accordingly.  Good luck to everyone running the half marathon!  We will be meeting for dinner Saturday night after the race.  Please RSVP to Gayle if you have not already done so.

Sat., Mar 27 – Draper – 19 miles  Meet at the Draper Park 12300 South 1300 East.  We will begin this run with a loop around the park.  We will finish using the trail.  This run is challenging enough, so we will not be including a group activity this week.  If you are a faster runner, please loop back if you get too far ahead.  If you are a slower runner, please jump in the sag if asked.  With all runners doing their part, this will help the sags to be able to support everyone.  With that said, we will have a double sag.  Bagels afterward at Einstein’s 1297 East Draper Parkway.
